With a certificate in mindfulness facilitation and over 20 years of experience managing chronic pain, I've created this 4-week meditation series to support those living with this debilitating condition. Chronic pain weighed heavily on my body, mind, and spirit, often leaving me feeling isolated. Through this program, my goal is to lighten the burden for those who face similar challenges so you no longer feel alone in your struggle and can rediscover a sense of well-being.
